Due to our continuous growth and ambition ID Control now seeks an experienced Channel Manager whose purpose will be to develop and implement appropriate distributors and resellers strategies to meet agreed revenue and sales targets, and manage and grow the distributors' and resellers’ channel.

As Channel Manager you will develop close relationships with the ID Control channel network. This will involve designing and implementing sales and training programmes as well as assisting resellers with any face to face meetings where they require support. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate ID Control’s strategy in the distributor and reseller market. This entails developing excellent working relationship with individuals and groups within the business, our partner organizations, and the account teams that support them.

Key responsibilities:
Outlining and developing a reseller strategy.
Developing and running a reseller strategy for resellers in order that they are able to meet agreed sales and revenue targets. This will include the development of a program for training, support etc.
Ensuring the direct account management team within ID Control and develop strong working relationships with key resellers.
Defining sales and marketing plans for each account.
Continually prospecting and investigating new business opportunities within the channel.
Identify, recruit and train new resellers whilst managing existing resellers and maximise profitability and regular revenue for the company within the agreed sales strategy.

Excellent self-management skills.
Autonomy, accountability and responsibility.
Highly self motivated: a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously.
A flexible approach to working and use own initiative although enjoy being part of a successful team. 
Well organised with the ability to manage time and prioritise workload.
A minimum of 3 years successful sales experience of managing a reseller channel ideally within the ICT-industry.
A track record of consistently meeting sales and revenue targets. 
A solution selling background / sales experience and a consultative sales approach.
Able to work cross-functionally and manage several different projects at any one time.
Technical college/university graduates
Excellent communication, negotiating and presentation skills at all levels. 
Prepared to travel on a regular basis
Knowledge of a third language is considered as an advantage
