27,500 Euro gone through spoofing and clever chat trick
A pensioner from Voorburg lost his entire pension, after ING seemed to call him to warn him of theft and to secure his money in his account. In the chat trick, the fake ING employee indicated from a spoofed ING existing number that his account was being emptied by people from the Ukraine and had to be secured by transferring it to another account.
